Man Stabbed To Death Outside Greenville Restaurant

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is investigating the stabbing death of a 47-year-old man.Deputies said the man was stabbed at the El Rancho Grande restaurant on Cedar Lane Road.Deputies said the victim apparently got into an altercation with another man in the parking lot and was stabbed.
A female who was at the restaurant took the victim to Greenville Memorial Hospital. The man was pronounced dead around 6:30 a.m. Sunday.The victim's name has not been released.No arrests have been made in the case.
